Took my wife’s wedding band in to have a missing stone replaced and her engagement ring to change out/upgrade the solitaire stone. The workmanship is awesome, the communication from James and the team was fantastic, and the overall experience was phenomenal. My wife is very happy with her rings. I highly recommend Jamestown!

Asey was awesome, give that girl a raise. We love love loved how attentive and accommodating our appointment was. The rings are absolutely stunning. We went to a ton of other places afterwards, but no one else topped Olive Ave in ring designs that are both one of a kind and timeless.

The staff at Jamestown Jewelry are not salespeople. They’re artists. Their skill level is second to none and what they were able to create surpassed every expectation I had. There were many. They were high. When my husband and I began the process of finding a setting for a lab grown diamond he had purchased as a surprise, I thought it’d be easy. I wanted something simple. Classic. Timeless. A 2mm gold band with 6 prongs. Turns out, there are many versions of that both online and in stores. Also turns out, not a single one of them were what I was looking for. When we decided that we may need to go custom in order to get exactly what we wanted, I was nervous. How could we be sure that nothing would be lost in translation? Armed with inspiration photos that each had a separate component (band width, band shape, prong angle, prong width…there were so many) which would come to together to make the perfect ring, we walked into Jamestown Jewelers. Working with them was such a pleasure. Every detail was gone over. A digital rendering was made and approved. They sent me home with a 3D printing of my ring to wear around (we’re local), make sure it fit correctly and suited my lifestyle. I was regularly updated on the progress. What they created is better than anything I had imagined. I have had it for several weeks now and am still in awe. I will absolutely be coming back here for future needs (special, heirloom jewelry I hadn’t trusted anyone with before) and can’t recommend them enough.

My fiancé and I were discussing Olive Ave after I took my ring in for repair. We have the lifetime care package and have been so happy with the results! We are so glad to have chosen this company to build what will likely be a lifelong partnership with. The staff, over email, phone, and text, are so helpful, understanding and patient. We always knew where my ring was throughout the process, and it was mended and cleaned and back on my hand within six days. We love Olive Ave!!!

Mary was great! I went in with my friend and they took care of both of us. I highly recommend booking an appointment to get a more personal experience. They handed us empty ring holders and had us fill them up with which ever ones caught our eye! They answered an questions we had. Customizations are 100% free if you're a more visual person like me and need to see it! Will definitely be coming back.

I am incredibly impressed with this place. My wife lost her ring and we had to buy her a new one. We went in there with a $7000 dollar budget. And only spent $4000 and got a bigger ring than her old one. Sidney was who helped us and was incredibly friendly and nice. Would highly recommend this place. That was the best experience I’ve ever had buying jewelry.

This place is absolutely incredible! Jim is one of the best people I have ever worked with to get anything custom made. Getting my wife’s ring done was one of the most important aspects of our engagement and he delivered. We met with him and he caught our vision and every revision to the ring was a step closer to perfection until we got there! He is super friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a ring or any jewelry of the sort.

We had the diamond from my original engagement ring moved into a new setting and I love it so much. We shopped around quite a bit and found their pricing to be very reasonable and their jewelry so pretty. Everyone in store was super nice and we would 100% go back and definitely recommend.

The team at Olive Ave was so welcoming and helpful in us finding our perfect wedding bands. I was able to find my perfect band in stores, and my friend was able to find her perfect design by doing a custom design. The customization process is so seamless, responsive, and reasonably priced. I would recommend Olive Ave to anyone looking for a wedding band!
